Over-Fire Fonduta Cheese Dip

10-15 minutes on a hot bbq or 8-12 minutes over the red coals of a open fire.

  • Ingredients:
  • 2 sheets of tin foil wrappers
  • 1 250 g container your favorite cream cheese based dip
  • 3/4 cup salsa (or roasted peppers, or gardinera)
  • diced tomato
  • sliced green onion
  • sliced black olives
  1. Wrap up in foil.
  2. Then open up the top to have a peek.
  3. If it’s warm & melty…you are done!
  4. {Or you could leave on for a few more minutes if necessary.}
  5. Open up the middle fold of the packet completely to form a bowl for serving.

Goes so well with a glass of wine!
