Over-Fire Fonduta Cheese Dip
10-15 minutes on a hot bbq or 8-12 minutes over the red coals of a open fire.
Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 2 sheets of tin foil wrappers
- 1 250 g container your favorite cream cheese based dip
- 3/4 cup salsa or roasted peppers, or gardinera
- diced tomato
- sliced green onion
- sliced black olives
Instructions
- Wrap up in foil.
- Then open up the top to have a peek.
- If it’s warm & melty…you are done!
- {Or you could leave on for a few more minutes if necessary.}
- Open up the middle fold of the packet completely to form a bowl for serving.
